In connection with the information obligation, we inform you that we will process your personal data.

The administrator of personal data is us, that is Ewitryna Kędzierski Szafraniec Spółka Jawna, Plac Zwycięstwa 2, 90-312 Łódź, NIP: PL 728-270-77-82, KRS: 0000315772, REGON: 100594887 ("ADO").

Legal grounds for processing personal data:

(1) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the 'ARO',

In connection with the processing of your personal data by us, we inform you that you have the following rights:
1. the right to demand access to your personal data, to rectify, delete or limit the processing,
2. the right to object to the processing, 
3. the right to data portability,
4. the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specified purpose, if the user has given such consent,
5. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in relation to the processing of ADO personal data.

The provision of personal data by the user is always voluntary, but is necessary for the use of certain functions of the Site.
We guarantee the confidentiality of all personal data provided and ensure that all security and data protection measures required by data protection legislation are taken. Personal data is collected with due care and protected against access by unauthorized persons. Personal data shall be processed exclusively within the territory of the European Union. 

We do not transfer or trade personal data. Your personal data will not be passed on to other persons or institutions without your express consent. Nevertheless, you must also be aware that the personal data processed by us may be made available to authorized state authorities upon their request, but only on the basis of relevant legal regulations. 

As a Personal Data Administrator, we have entrusted the processing of personal data to the following entities:
1. Home.pl S.A. - in order to store data on a server (databases and software)
2. BDB Consulting Sp. z o.o. - in order to provide legal, accounting, human resources and payroll services.
3. IFIRMA SA - in order to handle the issuance of vat invoices.
Use of the Site

To use features of the Site such as newsletter and contact form, you will be asked to provide your personal data, i.e. name, e-mail address, company name, contact telephone number (not always all fields are available and required). The legal basis for processing your personal data contained in the registration form is the consent given by you (the user).

The data provided in the contact form and the newsletter subscription form will be saved in our database. 

In order to register in the newsletter system (e.g. World Wide Web Price List, Facebook Price List, Effective Page course) you will be additionally asked to confirm your e-mail address by clicking on the link in the verification message. The address used to send verification messages is rodo@ewitryna.pl (active from 25.05.2018 at the latest).


E-mail contact

By contacting us via e-mail, you provide us with your e-mail address as the sender's address. In addition, other personal data may also be included in the message content. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in this case is the consent resulting from the initiation of contact with our company, i.e. the ADO. The personal data of the user provided by you within the framework of the e-mail contact are processed exclusively for the purpose of processing your enquiry. The content of correspondence may be archived in accordance with the supplier's server security policy. Our mailboxes are operated by Home.pl.

Telephone contact

By contacting us by phone, you can provide us with personal data in the content of your call. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in such a case is the consent resulting from the initiation of contact with our company. The personal data you provide us with in the course of telephone contact are processed solely for the purpose of processing your enquiry. The content of the call is not subject to archiving.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to operate forms, websites, mechanisms and software provided by, among others, Google, Facebook, VWO, Hotjar (analytics, advertising and effect accounting).

When using the Service, data concerning the Customer are also collected automatically. This data may be collected in the Service's system logs, by cookies and by the Web Beacon system (empty graphic files, e.g. Facebook). The Customer may at any time delete cookies by using the available functions in his or her Internet browser. Limiting the use of cookies may affect the nonoperation of some elements of the Website.

Privacy Policy does not regulate the way cookies are used by third parties. Information about this type of files should be sought on the websites of partners. Data collected by third parties do not allow for identification of the user.

Additional information about the Newsletter system (Resignation)

If you have consented to the processing of data for marketing purposes, we would like to remind you that you can opt-out of receiving e-mails at any time by clicking on the deactivation link available in any of the offers we send you. If you click on the link, your data will be permanently deleted. There is no way to cancel this process. In order to provide us with your e-mail address again, you must fill in the appropriate form on our website and give your consent again.
